1. Please check the environment where the robot is located. If the robot is in a tight space, under chair legs, bar stools, or on a long-fiber carpet, it may trigger escape mode. If this happens, move the robot to an open area.
2. If the robot is in an open space but still not moving, check the wheels for any debris and clean them if necessary.
3. If the robot consistently gets stuck in the same place and there is no debris in the wheels, consider marking that area as a no-go zone.
