1. Please check if your Wi-Fi is properly connected and provides internet access.
2. Press and hold the power button to shut down the robot, then place the robot back in the base station. Wait 5 minutes to see if it returns to normal.
3. Tap the "+" button in the upper-right corner of the app, select manual network configuration, and follow the app's instructions.
4. Try connecting through a mobile hotspot.
